Getting Ready

Facilitators organize gameplay, provide clarification on game rules, and moderate post-game discussion.  The Facilitator Guidebook provides detailed instructions.

Structure: Participants play LADDER in person at the facilitator's pre-selected venue. Gameplay requires 4-8 players. Additional games can be set up to accommodate more than 8 players. 

Length: Allow 3-4 hours for the entire exercise. Game play lasts 1-2 hours, plus 1-2 hours for discussion and hotwash.
